15 Attribute Points?

Hi all, I've done the accending quest and I'm in the Forge, but when I go to Vanyi to get my quest to gain 15 attribute points she doesn't offer it. My monk who skipped all the quest and went right to the Forge (he has ascended as well) has got the quest. Does anyone have any idea why my Ele is not being offered the quest? Am I missing an earlier quest the links to this quest that maybe my monk did but my Ele didn't?

To get that quest, you must have changed your secondary profession at least once.

You just have to do one of the Secondary Changing quests, you do not actually have to change your secondary. Also you only get the atribute quest when you have done the quest to visit the 3 outposts in the desert (Destiny's Gorge, Seeker's Passage and Heroes Audience)
