JaffaCakeMan
Hi this is my first post on here and i was wondering, because i have just got the game i would like to know some good combanations for an E/Mo. I use fire magic only. I was thinking (in any order) Phoenix, fire storm, flare, flame burst, fireball, and something like fire attunement oh yes, plus 2 healing prayers of some kind. I want something like 11 fire level? 10 energy storage and whatever else on healing prayers plz leave some advice and the Pros and Cons on these spells, thanks.

Here is a thread about elementalist builds: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ead.php?t=2810

Good solid fire build. I think you'll like Immolate, Meteor and Meteor Shower as well. It's can be a tough choice which to take.

Jaffa,
From the Guru homepage there is a link at the top of the Menu on the left side of the page - Skill Listing. Here you can find all the skills available to each class/subclass for your build. Most as well will tell the location where you can obtain the skills (i.e. Trainer/Quest).
At a late pt in the game you'll be able to have 15-16 Fire, 9-10 E storage + 8-9 pts to spend elsewhere. My suggestion would be to check out the skills listing in part for locations but so you see which attribute you miss out on for your secondary class (in this case with Mo 2ndary, you will not have Divine Favor).
Fire Skills : Fireball, Pheonix, Firestorm, Meteor Shower + your preference on a couple other dmg dealing spells, Glyph of Energy and then whatever monk spells you think work for you. Allot has to do with the area your planning to fight in - Ex: If I take my Monk into the Druids Overlook/Wilds areas, I always bring mend ailment/remove hex.....cause of the spiders-poison & windriders-hexes...+ whatever healing spells I use. If you're unsure then ask around.

Glyph of Energy is an ele elite that is very much worth it as it prevents the exhaustion we all know and hate so much. I can't recall where I capped it, but it is listed on the Skills list here at Guru. My "usual" skill bar as a pyro: Glyph of Energy {E}, Phoenix (or Fireball), Firestorm, Meteor, Meteor Shower, Rodgort's Invocation, Searing Heat and Rebirth. I am all fire and energy storage in PVE, with runes supporting both to 16 and 15 respectively. I have 1.7 million exp as an ele/monk. This setup has served me very well in UW/Fissure, which is where I most often explore now that I am done with the storyline. With Glyph before every exhaustion spell, I rarely even run out of energy and I never have exhaustion.

Day after the game came out retail. I have an ele/monk on my husband's account, which is where I started playing. I then bought my own account and have an ele/monk, a mes/nec, and a monk/nec there, with one slot left for PvP. (I didn't cover ranger or warrior because I cannot stand archers and melee, so I will never play them.)
