I really need an amazing fire wand for my ELE. Ive been looking all over and cant find one. I also need an amazing flame artifact. Plz help me out and give me something good.

Haha...you're funny.
They have 20/20 artifacts, and 20% faster recharge wands...how can any gold beat that? You'd have to find a 20% faster recharge for fire on a fire wand (extremely rare) with +5 energy to even be considered an improvement.
