A weird looking focus item

I came across this really weird looking focus item. It was a drop from an enemy in the Thunderhead Keep mission. This focus item looks like a wand with an eyeball on it. Has anyone ever seen a focus item that looks like this before?

Personally, when someone answers a thread with a link to a thread that is BURIED beyond the bounds of time and space, I ignore the link. If it is THAT big a deal to point out someone already started a thread about cheese crackers somewhere online, then I could say that the posting of links to clone topics has been done also stop that retardedness please. Or have a mod MERGE topics; problem solved

Now as for the topic, I really think that is the coolest frickin thing I have seen in the game besides FOW armor. I take it that is an eyeball atop the stick? Nice! Where did you get it? What dropped it? What are the stats?
