WTB str shield and good sword (100k for each)

Hi, im looking for two things

1) str req defender or tower shield
+hp mod (must)
-dmg(enchanted) <--this mod is not a must if shield has a good hp mod

2)nice looking sword with the best stats i can get with 100k (fell, longsword, wingblade, flameberge)

+dmg when hp>50% (must, prefer 15%)

+hp mod or sundering mod


Please post the stats and prices here, show me the best i can get with 100k for each
