Uhh, I dont mean to be a noob or ask where to get Verata's Sacrifice, cause I understand you can get it in Copperhammer Mines. I was wondering if there is a quest for it beforehand though, cause I like to see my pretty little heaps of rotting flesh run around with me for a long time.

You can't cap from Verata because when you encounter him, he just runs away without using any skills (he used to in beta).
As with any skill that is purchased from an outpost or any area off the beaten path (Ascalon Settlement, Ice Tooth Cave, etc.), there is *no* quest for it. You must purchase it. I should also point out that all quest reward skills are offered *after* they can be quested in the next major town... there is no major town past Droknar's Forge.
