The dumbest mistake!!!

I just got the full copy of the game today, but i had the game client already in my pc,I installed it with my pre-order cd I had the game key register trough a different email adress than the one I used (today) when I installed the full copy. now when I login with the preorder cd key it says that my account has the ithas bow, but when I log in with the full copy register email it tells me that I dont have the bow.is there anyways for me to transfer the bow to the full game register email addres?btw I alredy tried changing the email to the old one but it tells me email alredy in use.

ATM i dont think that there is anything you can do. At lest from what ive read.

Try using the "friend's pass" key on your retail account. It's a longshot though, pretty sure it wont work. I think you're screwed.

Send a support ticket to Anet, they should be able to help you, although they may be a nit busy for the next week or so.

omg you rigth that means that any character I make today will be gone, by the time I can play with the real cd key.(cause they are register under differen cd keys)nooooooooooooo!!!! o well I ll gues Ill just explorer and have a look at the game for the first time.

Not true. This is early access. We are getting in before retail players and we will keep our characters.

Official answer!

Just sell your retail account to someone and use the money to buy a new box, with a new CD-Key, then apply that key to your preorder account.
Anternatively, you can probably pick up another preorder kit for anything from $1 to $10. Then just apply the new preorder code to your retail account.

Yes but if you register you preorder on ONE account and then register you Full release on ANOTHER account you cant transfer the characters from the preorder to the full release account.

I would not worie about it, I mean it would be nice to have the item, but I dont think it is much of a big deal if you dont have it. I dont think it will be the most powerfull item in the game. Go around begging people they might fell bad for you.

Okay, this is what you need to do...
1. If you have the pre-order then what you need to do is uninstall the retail and re-install the beta. use the password and e-mail that was used for the beta.

2.Then when the 28th comes you should install the retail and after that you can change the e-mail and password.

You will know if this works the second you install the beta and the beta key with the original E-mail & password, it will say you are ready.
