Im not a really good judge on pricing stuff but i would put the vamperic at around 60k and the hammer at around 20k. Their probbably worth more but I would never pay more than that myself.
1. -5energy is a big penalty when its not even +14%dmg
2. high req
3. Enchanting mod is pretty useless to this hammer since its not +%dmg while enchanted
4. not max dmg
