PC on Gold Hammer and Hammer Haft

Can anyone tell me a reasonable PC on either of these items? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Im not a really good judge on pricing stuff but i would put the vamperic at around 60k and the hammer at around 20k. Their probbably worth more but I would never pay more than that myself.
