Suggestion for new PvE Monster race + boss.

I've got a suggestion for some new PvE mobs.


NEW MONSTER RACE
Race: Nubbs.
Looks: Human-like, possesses some intelligence and simple language skills (will constantly and randomly shout phrases in 'leet', like "i pwn j00!!1", "u hack!!1", "ur gay!!!1" or "WTS GLODLY SWRD 50K").
Class: W/Mo and E/W, usually some build copied from a forum.
Description: Usually found singly. All nubbs hate all other creatures, including other nubbs. Exception: RUSHED NUBBS which are usually found in small groups.
Area: Everywhere, but especially the UW and around ToA and Droknars.
Racial skills: MAP FOG makes the radar unreadable by drawing white lines and random pings; INSANE RUSH doubles movement speed when the nubb charges an enemy; MAPPING teleports the nubb away from allies a random distance; NUBBTRAIN allows a nubb to collect nearby mobs and train them on the enemy; AFKING makes the nubb invulnerable until it moves or uses a skill; SPAM OF REZ makes the comm window unreadable by spamming the word "REZ".
Special: Several different subgroups exist. Around Droknars Forge and in the Crystal Desert there's RUSHED NUBBS, which can be any class, are level 1-4 and have 50% chance of failure when using skills (due to inexperience), but which have 100 AL armor and elite skills. In the Underworld there's INVINCI-NUBBS using the 105 UW build.



NEW MONSTER BOSS
Name: Ubbar Whiner.
Race: Nubbs.
Looks: Troll-like, possesses some intelligence and simple language skills (speaks 'leet').
Class: W/Mo or Mo/W (using the 105 UW solo build).
Description: An Ancient boss, has been around since before GW was beta, has every skill unlocked, every upgrade unlocked, has multiple copies of perfect prestige gear, and maxed out gold.
Its natural habitat is Web Forums, where it will bitch & moan about how unfair everything is. Any change in Guildwars, or even a kind word about Guildwars, is by Ubbar Whiner seen as a personal insult. Ubbar Whiner gets especially upset when exploits it's been using are removed. It reasons that it had to exploit hard to get its advantages, so it's not fair that other nubbs get them FOR FREE!
Area: Ubbar Whiner is found in the Underworld, together with a group of Smite Crawlers.
Special: Ubbar Whiner has a special skill, CRY OF INSULT. In any battle, regardless of whether Ubbar Whiner is winning or losing, it'll spam its battlecry: "l0lz 0mfg U r nubbs!!!1!". Any enemies hearing the battlecry will instantly get double adrenaline.

Kinda reminds me of anarchy online where they put some strange mobs in the newbie area who would constantly spam the typical noob nonsense like "gimme gold! plz, plz plz plz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" or stuff like "plvl meeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Just one question... does this stack? I've heard this multiple times in the same 30 second span by several of my teammates and this could be VERY dangerous if the MOBs get it.

I don't... get it... since when did these types of mobs learn to leave the UW and invade the several outposts? It's like, they're everywhere!
