5k is the worst lowball offer I have seen on the pc section today. I don't know exact value but you are looking 100k+ to the right buyer (it is str based and +29 all the time not while enchanted or in stance so it works for warriors reguardless oftheir secondary). If you want to sell, I'd throw it up in auctions and see where it goes.
