If your doing an anti warrior necro you might want to consider enfeeble + insidious parasite. I currently have a n/mes with points in blood, curses, and soul reaping. I use vampiric gaze, an elite(depends on which arena, sometimes well of power or life transfer), life siphon, shadow of fear, blood ritual, enfeeble, and insidious parasite (plus a rez sig).
Now this is a very effective warrior shutdown however you need a mesmer on your team to balance out your weakness to elementalists.

I don't understand the efficiency of anti-'anything' that isn't mesmer primary with fast cast.
A necro who doesn't use his Soul Reaping will die fiercely at the hands of the mesmers doing the same thing. [well, if not die at their hands, be out casted. If a Necro with maxed stats and no primary stat, vs. a Mesmer with fast casting and slightly lower stats duel, the mesmer's team will prevail due to the mesmer landing all the nastier hexes first...]
It's fun casting Diversion to COUNTER someone... ^_^ Fast casting isn't just there for convenience...
"In a duel vs. other casters, fast casting will give you the edge..."
Read that in a strategy guide somewhere and it makes sense. Hexes cast slow as hell anyway, why not beef them out?

Some skill suggestions to help you get started.
Anti-caster tools:
Power * (interrupts)
Diversion (amazing)
Backfire (meh)
Guilt/Shame
Energy Drain
Energy Tap
Arcane Connundrum
Chaos Storm
Echo
Arcane Echo
There obviously are more and I probably missed some but those are staples of many mes builds. The last two are for conjunction with other powerful skills, usually diversion or edrain.
Warrior hate:
Sympathetic Visage
Soothing images
Shadow of Fear
Enfeebling Blood
None of the skills you listed are really any good. Stuff like life transfer is just sickeningly bad.

Yeah, I think I should put skills in here and contribute something.
Any anti-noncaster worth half their salt will bring the uber combo:
Shadow of Fear
Enfeebling Blood
That combo alone will make any war or ranger pretty much useless for at least 15+ seconds, and less dangerous for perhaps 30s. (beware the hex/condition removal)
If you've got Curses, Rend Enchantments is the best enchantment stripper in the game second ONLY to Nature's Renewal.... You can even add Desecrate Enchantments in there. [I totally obliterated this monk and Elementalist who stood next to each other in a healing seed while the monk seemed to be using like 4 enchants on both of them... Quite funny striking two people for 150+ dmg each... Armor Ignoring mind you.
