Event idea

Ive looked through posts and i found a similar 1. But this is a little different. Why not make it that on holidays have exp timed by 2? Like Christmas have exp x2 and Item drop rate increased by 50% or sumtin like that....BUT do it to chars under level like 15 so they can level faster or sumtin. For n00bz
