Collector shield

Is there a Strengh shield that has:
armor 12+
health+45 (while enchanted)
-2dmg (while enchanted)

from a collector

i think so check outside camp rankor in snake dance

No thats a tactics while in stance shield

The shield u are looking for is in the kryta area it is not max armor though.
exactly wich collector i am not sure but i believe he is close to lions arch somewhere.

As far as I know this list of collectors on GuildWiki is complete, and it doesn't list such a shield.

I got the tactics collectors shield, does me proud.
