can anyone help with a dumb mistake?

Today I got my pre-order of Guildwars. I installed the game and entered my access key for the collector's edition. I have two email addresses. I inadvertently put one email address on the access key for the collector's edition and the other one for the access key for the pre-order. So now it's saying that there are two accounts set up. Does anyone know if there's a way to delete one of these email addresses so that I can set it up as one account? When I try to put the pre-order access key on the collector's edition, it's saying that that access key is already in use, but they are both my email addresses.

This might not help, but you can edit your account and change the e-mail adress and stuff.

Best thing I can think of doing is going to the Support section of GW.com and telling them about it. Hopefully they'll be able to do something to make things work out for you. If they can't then all I can say is you're probably SOL!

in this situation...the best solution would be check out official guildwars support site.
they are very helpful and responsive.
according to your story...two separate accounts are already made.
with my current knowledge...you can not either join or transfer one account to another.
