Wtb Exquisite Holy Staff

I'm looking for a maximum damage and energy holy staff (healing prayers or divine favor requirement) with some great innate mods. I'd like either 20/20 for healing prayers, or an ICS 20% for all attribute, or a IRS 20% for all attribute.

Prefixes and suffixes really dont matter because I can replace what I dont like.

Please leave statistics, price, and your in-game name.

ICS and IRS and cap at 10% on all skills. I think you posted this already and I think i said that already

Really? Well I was ignorant as to the cap on ICS and IRS so i assumed it was the same as the single attribute modifiers. Thanks.

P.S. 10% ICS or IRS would be great for the holy staff. =-)
