i dunno maybe 100k for shield???. THing is there is a collectors item that is a tactics shield that is +45 enchanted -2 enchanted. Now yours has low req which is the plus.

It's right outside of Camp Rankor, you need 5 frosted griffon wings. And that collector's shield only reqs 9, so this one doesn't offer much benefit other than that it's gold. I'd say you be very lucky to sell it for 15...
