WTB Necro Wand (Deadly Cesta Truncheon) Onehanded.

Basically I'm looking for a single handed Weapon for a Necro. A Blood Curse or Death weapon with a decent low req.

Energy and Health on it is a bonus but I do have upgrades that could be used.

Faster skill rechrage etc. is also good. And Max Dmg isn't a real must.

I'm also looking to pay under 10k for one (Not asking a lot on the weapon anyway)
