Dumb Farming Question

So I find myself in the market (so to speak) for heaping piles of Glittering Dust. But, I'm too cheap (and too poor right now) to buy it. Where are the best areas to find this seemingly-rarest of common materials? I tried the area around Sardelac Sanitarium, where the Storm Riders hang out, but the bastards dropped everything but their Shriveled Eyes. I'm currently using a lvl 20 Necro/Monk for farming purposes, and he hasn't been beyond Thunderhead Keep yet. I know there's also the desert area with all the higher-level Storm Rider-like thingies, but I don't think he could solo that area effectively.

Glittering Dust can be salvaged from Azure/Dark/Demonic Remains etc. or something similar. The underworld and fissure of woe are also good places to find glittering dust. If you're not too confident with your farming - try hanging out at the Temple of Ages and ask around about buying glittering dust - people are always returning from the UW or FoW with dust they don't want to use.
