I have a tall +27 always. I'm pretty sure its an 8 req. Feel free to offer if you have to settle for less than a +30.

you can get a caprice collectors shield 16 +45 -2rec in stances they sell them for 500-1000 or just go to Camp Rankor and buy 5 Frosted griffon wings for about 500 and by it yourself just out side at the collector but its tactics9
