Crappy skill, its like called shot+power shot. There are better skills to put in its stead.

you mean called shot+power shot right?

1) Its same power as Power Shot (which isn't the most powerful shot anyway..lying name).

2) About Cannot be B&E is not a great kicker effect. If you are worrying about Blocks and Evades...Hey..theres a great elite that already has that (Crippling Shot) - It cripples and has a 1 second recharge with no crazy side effect like this.

3) Easily Interupted on a non-trap skill? 'Nuff said.

Yea...it doesn't have many practical uses. Though some use it in some situations.
