A few noobs question

Ok guys , i am not exactly a noob (i consider myself an advanced beginner hehe) but i'm about to make a few in game moves so i would like to know a few things before doing anything stupid.Here are my questions :

1) If i have let's say .a storm eye - armor 60 that give + 1 air magic and i add a superior rune of air magic to it, will the + 3 to air replace the + 1 air or will it give me + 4 air magic ?

2) What monsters drop Shriveled Eyes ?

3) I have a staff wrapping of fortitude (+20 health) that i need to salvage.Do i need to use the normal or expert salvage kit ?

Thats pretty much everything for now

and there is no guarantee you will not get 11 wood planks so pray as you ckick

your gonna want to use an expert salvage kit, i stopped using regular ones altogether

Now all i need to know is what kind of monsters drop shriveled eyes.I am pretty sure that it's a kind of monster in the desert but i don't know exactly which one.

Any guide/Faq i can look at for this ?

Shriveled Eyes are dropped by Storm Kin's (Crystal Desert Windrider)
