how are monks soloing underworld?

i was gone from guild wars for about 2 weeks then i came back and found monk runes to be really high. i asked guild why and alot of them said that monks have found way to solo underworld. i asked a monk wat skill he was using and all he said was he used 5 sup runes, and that skill that only lets you loose 10% of health. so does anyone know what skills and how they soloing underworld.
