Thanks Daftshadow. Shields are a funny market, but 3 superior vigors may be about right. The real question for the value of a shield is supply and demand combined with time and effort selling it or finding the best buyer. Tall shields are gorgeous, my personal favorite, and easy to sell in comparison to ugly round "garbage can lid" shields. So the style cuts in its favor. However the requirement cuts against a high value for the simple fact that you have a much smaller number of people who can use it. 12 is an uncommon tactics score for warriors. My rule of thumb is that every 2 points off the requirement doubles the value of the shield (a req 10 is worth twice what an identical req 12 would be worth, for example). A popular shield style (tall, skeleton) is worth twice what an identical not as popular style would be worth.
Always health is extremely valuable because it is useful to every warrior (regardless of stances, enchantments, and other build specific preferences).
30 is max, and anything 25 or over is very valuable to the right buyer. So, all things considered, I would take 3 superior vigors if someone offered that to me for this shield, but I would probably not expect most people to make that kind of an offer. It could (and therefore some might say should) generate that kind of offer with sufficient investment in advertising it.
