I think 3K is fair, you may have to go down a bit, but for the most part, it sounds good.

It is in the game, but it isn't max armor. Still a nice shield, though. If only it were max armor and less ugly . . .

i think the collector with that shield is outside camp rankor, if they did remove the item, i dunno then, last i been there was bout a month ago. 5 frost griffon wings gets u it.
