Guild "Recruit"

I propose that in the guild roster a new section called "recruits" is included. It may or may not lack any benefits of being a full member but it would make it so that Guild Leaders and Officers could more easily remember who is trying out for the guild if a guild incorporates a recruit phase (like TeamHAF does).

The only thing I can think of to show someone is a recruit is to have a -R after the guild tag.

But don't stop there, I'd like to specify what officers can and can't do. Maybe I want someone to be a recruiter, but I don't want them to initiate guild battles? Or maybe I don't want an officer to be able to do any of that? I'd also like to set a small descriptive caption next to their name so I can title their job in the guild. That would be nice, and help members figure out who to talk to on certain occassions.

Exactly; or go the opposite tack - a guild roster with actual useful information for potential recruits to search on. There are plenty online but why not put it in the game so someone looking to join up can search all RP guilds with members 5-15 whose description includes the words "loves frogs" or whatever and is recruiting? I was so amazed to find out this game had no integrated guild list of any sort...

At least one more rank, maybe like a kind of Vice leader/leader's or something
