Need information on these items (new collectors?)

are these new collector items that are being added? The site is in Korean, so I can't really read everything, but if you click on the individual items/weapons, there are quite a few nice looking shields/weapons. Now from what I can make out, it seems that you have to gather play points or whatever and convert them into items. Nothing really Godly per say, but the bow and hammer seem to get 15% dmg incr and an additional 20% incr without any customization. I'm pretty sure these are official items since the information is from guildwars.co.kr. Also, if you type in /cokeplay in game, it doesn't say Unknown Command either.

Whoah what is that? I definitely wanna know what that is.

In every Coke are some POINTS and you need 300 of them to get a ITEM that looks AWESOME. A korean friend told me that.
