Alright,...

1. Is there a place to stash things between accounts?
2. Between guilds?

I guess doing just pre searing ascalon and pvp last beta i didnt see any of this, but i didnt manage to find any storage for guilds either... anyone know about this?

Certain towns have a storage chest that you can access (Nor sure which ones sorry) It's a one time fee of 50 gold per character to use it.

There is a thing called a vault which can be used to store things between characters on one account. Between or within guilds you would just have to trade/give the item to the other person.

The account storage vaults are located in just about every town / map hub. As for Guild storage.. not yet. Maybe at some point in the future.
