PC on gold bow

Looking for a PC on this:

Poisoners Horn Bow of Enchanting
Damage: 14-28 (req. 11 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is below 50%)
Lengthens poison duration on foe
Enchantments last 17% longer

meh... no one knows?

11 Marks is high. Dmg mod is 15<50 and the max on that mod is 20<50 so it's not even close. Also there are two types of horn bows, one is very nice looking the other is ugly as hell, so it depends on the graphic.

Regardless most ppl that want a <50%hp mod want a perfect one, or at least 18<50. It's going to be hard to sell I would just expert salvage it and sell the poison string for 1k or the 17% enchantment grip for 4k(ish).
