when i first logged in my preorder item was there.. now its gone after recreating the same character? anyone know why this is? or if im goin to get it back?

I've got the same problem. I casually logged into one of the characters that I used during the beta and he had my item. I log into another...the one I actually want the item on...and the damn thing isn't there. Anyone know how to resolve this?

hmm the item isn't probibly ment to be handed out until the release or until you put in the cdkey of the release version of guildwarS?

Same problem here. I logged on my first character, who had BOTH of my pre-order items (I had two pre-order keys). I actually deleted the bow since that character wasn't going to use it, and then after recreating the character don't have either my bow or my icon on any of my characters.
I hope they come back! My mesmer/monk wasn't going to use a bow anyway so I can't imagine they would just randomly assign these items to characters on your account.

Same problem - I remade my first character and now I have nothing-no aura, no bow. Where do we go to get some answers about this?

I wouldn't worry too much. Anet has always come through and I'm sure they will correct this and we'll all get our pre-order items.

aha how lovely i just saw a green txt in game that said that the preordered items are being fixed gotta love that =) atleast we know now they are fixing it. love how they could speak in game like that.. never seen that before..

I read something awhile ago that said you could give the item to your different characters from your account screen(before fully in the game).
Does it still show the name of the item on your account screen like when you first signed on?
If so, is there any way to drag it to a character, or any options at all?

It's showing up on 2 of my characters, but not the one I'm currently playing. I'm up to level 5 and I've been putting points into Hammer Mastery in hopes that I'll get to use the war pick at some point before level 20. 
I bet people who purchased multiple preorders for multiple items are really pissed.

Gaile, I have what i think is a bug.
My unqiue item is the chimerical prysm.
When i logged on, and made my warrior character, he had 3 chimeric prysms.
Then, when i made my pvp character, he didnt have one.
Is this also a bug? Do you or anyone else have the same problem, or know about it?

I seem to have the same problem. I created my first character and I didn't have my Ithas Bow or Aura. At first I thought you had to do some sort of /claim thing or something like in EQ2....didn't work, lol. Then I figured I'll probably just have to wait till the 28th to get them. Later while reading some message boards I found out that you start with them and most people already have them. I created a second character and....he had them. So am I going to have to recreate my character and do all the quests I already did all over again?!?!

Will you be able to have more then one Pre-Order Item on one Charachter
for EX. " have the Ithas bow and bone idol both on my necro/ranger" ?

However, in that particular case, you won't be able to use both at the same time since the bow is two handed.

Yay, just to let everyone know they fixed the glitch with missing preorder items. Next time you log in you should have it in your inventory as long as there is space for it. I now have my Ithas Bow and didn't have to restart my ranger all over.

I want the Ithas Bow and Scroll, I have the Targe now, but since im an E/Mo, it kind of is useless to me >.>; But its really cool just the same o.o;

I created a new character still using the pre-order key. When I looked in the inventory my character had two War Picks. One equiped and one in my pack. Did anyone else get two pre-order items?
