Smiter Build Help

I need some tips on using this build.
1.Blessed Signet
2.Healing Breeze
3.Balth. Aura
4.Symbol of wrath
5.Protective bond
6.Essence Bond
7.Balth. Spirit
8.Mending
I've tried it and it doesnt work too well but im not too sure on how to use it correctly. If anyone can post a few tips on how to use it. I dont have the money to make a 105 hp build so if this is a 105 build please post a different build for a Mo/W.

That's not really smite because you only have two dmg dealing skills. I would add zealots fire + draw conditions.
