It's part of the quest "Hero's Challenge" given by Vanyi in Drok Forge for that final 15 attribute points.

She's even uglier when you fight her...

Someone, a mod, please...for the love of God. Create a stickied topic entitled "Random Assortment of Neat Screenshots" where people go and post screenshots they simply feel like posting. Actually you can find her look alikes with those flame bandits back in pre-searing. Definatly beat with an ugly stick...
