PC: collector staff with 20% fire wrapping and a half-moon

I salvaged a +1fire skill (20% chance) wrapping, and without thinking slapped it on a collector fire staff. I was 2:00am in the morning So now I have this:

Collector fire staff of fire magic
11-22 fire damage (req. 9 fire magic)
+10 energy
20% chance faster recharge using fire magic
20% chance faster cast using fire magic
+1 fire skill (20% chance)

Is this worth anything now or did I ruin a perfectly good fire magic wrapping that people would rather put on something else? Would a fire elementalist actually use this thing?

Also, I have this rare half moon bow of fortitude:
15-28 damage (requires 8 marksmanship)
+15% dmg while health is above 50%
+29 life

I think it has either ebon or zealous string on it, but I have a 10/10 sundering string or a 5:1 vampiric string that I can slap on it. Would I be able to get a long sword (the long silvery kind) with comparable mods for this?

The half moon is worth 300k-400k. It is also possible to trade for a long sword with similar mods.
