What are the starting and max lvl's?

Hey! I have heard so many theories so i think i will just ask you guys.. What lvl do you start with (yes, logically it would be 1, but heard many stuff), and what is the maximum level to achieve...
And i dont mean in PvP chars.. But when using an ordinary RPG character you know! I hope you will answer positively without flamin me or stuff like that

You start at level 1. The max level is 20.

Whaaa.. Really? What a shame.. Why would they only make friggin 20 levels? Why not more.. it will be so boring if you get to lvl 20, and that is top

Read a few of the topics on this board. Alot of new players make a huge deal about the level 20 cap, but the majority of players, especially over time, agree that a level 20 max is a GREAT thing. If you want to know the benefits, just read some topics, because it's been explained a thousand times.

It goes hand in hand with the main premise of GW, eliminating the grind, among many other things. There are PLENTY of things to do after you reach level 20. If you can't live with that and enjoy it, then GW is not for you.

Oh, okay! But.. It just seems so low.. Can you link me to one of those threads? Please.. I tried to find anything about that before i posted this thread but didnt find anything..
