I think he meant Watch Yourself? It's a good skill to bring if you're going W secondary for Frenzy anyway. Even with 0 Tactics you gain adren quickly enough to keep it up continuously.
Two things though:
1) Energy costs are rounded to the nearest integer, precision is not preserved
2) Barbed Trap? I would prefer a Res Sig there.

Res Sig is important, but I think this char will mostly act as damage/disruption and flag running. Sometimes you may not be around to use res sig so leaving it for other chars may be more useful.
