Is there such a collectors item out there?

Smiting/Holy Rod
Maxed dmg(req 9 smiting/divine)
Energy +15
-1 Energy Regen

Ok so i know there are smiting/holy rods with the energy mods but they arent maxed dmg and ive searched the forums and posted buying threads for these items but no response. So my question here is are these in the game and where?

By the way. It sucks, whatever you do I know it's tempting, 15 Energy, but if you think about it, it's bad in every way.

It's safe to say it's in the game, but not from any quest or item collector, so you'll just have to find it.

dont mean to derail but losing that energy pip aint worth 15 more max energy unless you got some kind of specialized build for it

have you checked all the desert collectors? i know many of them have those stats on off hand focus items... ive never had reason to check the rods though, so im not sure.

yea i searched them all lol ok i guess i cant get these fromt he collectors ill just get some other rod thnks guys

This item does exist as I have one. I got is from a collector at the Ascalon Settlement if I remember correctly, about midway through the map.

There is also the +12 +27 energy, +30 health -1 energy degen focus item from a desert collector.

I can get well over 70 energy on my monk but at a cost of -2 regen. Simply not worth it.
