quick recovery from -----

shouldnt this work:?: Say im a warrior and get blinded. I then swap to a focus with quick recovery from blindness and then swap back to my weapon once my blindness is gone.
If so, are there any collectors that trade quick recover from blindness or crippled gear?

I believe it needs to be equiped before you get any type of Condition.

I've tried it before, and it didn't work from what I've seen.

i just get those items as drops. i dont think there are collectors for them
