PC an UNID is pretty much going off a whim. you can't do it. People really don't buy UNID's either, lol i have witnessed someone try to sell UNID weapons, and i woke up the next morning headed to LA, and he was still selling every one. Although he was selling a similar unid Flamberge for 90k. Way overpriced in my opinion but the price is something you will have to decide
