Order Track= Item in dispatch

Hello.

I ordered GW ce on april 14th from simplygames.com

I checked the track order thingy, and it says indespatch( started saying that thing today, before it said " in progess")

What exactly does in dispatch meen?

ps: i havnt recieved any emails since the order acknolegement and the one before it.

This is an issue to bring up with the retailer you preordered from. Sounds like it's on the way, but "in dispatch" might mean something different to them.
