Go to the Temple of Ages (or any Statue of Grenth I believe) and make an offering of 1 Platinum.
Your region has to have the favor however.

There is also an entry in Lormar's Pass just prior to Dreadnought's Drift, but I would suspect that it's easier for you to make it to Temple of Ages.
Note that the Shrine in Lormar's only has Grenth available, so if you wish for the option of going to the Fissure of Woe (accessible via the statue of Balthazar), you're best bet is ToA.
Remeber that you must be ascended, and that you can't take henchmen.

1) Yes, and until youre very experienced you need a group of lvl 20 people, with 2 or 3 monks

After the first win, the message will read, "(Your region) needs to win the Hall of Heroes 4 MORE times in order to take the favor of the gods." Just a little nit picky thing.
