Ahhh! My character is 15pt attribute short!

Ok. I took the two quests from Vanyi: The Heros Challenge and The Heros Journey. I finished the Heros Challenge and defeated the evil Sanyi. I went to heros, destiny's, and seekers for the heros journey. So i got 15 pts for The Heros Challenge. Now, i took every quest that i could get to see where in the world i was supposed to get the other 15pt attribute quest. I talked to everyone in destiny's gorge! No one has it! Please Help!

And yes i did take 1 quest to change secondary and that was the warriors path. And i changed from Mo/Me to Mo/W

You get the other 15 attribute quest in the desert.. it's a 2 part quest.

First part you get from Annelle Fipps in Destinies Gorge, the quest is called "The Forgotten Ones". The goal is to locate a certain NPC in Skyward Reach.

Second part of the quest you get from the NPC you just found - the quest is called "Forgotten Wisdom". The goal is to find a certain NPC located in Arid Sea.
