Is it possible to create this Female Ranger?

This female ranger is displayed in the Manual and Strategy Guide and is always besides other characters I'm sure I can create, but I just can't seem to find a way to replicate her? I think it's the face that I can't find. Why? Is she an NPC or was that face simply cut out of the final game? She looks so awesome. Help?

Well the hair is in the creation screen, and you can mess with the colors for face and hair there also, the gloves boots and leggings are leather armor... not sure about the main armor though

That is easily doable in the main creation screen - I have her face and hair, without even trying to match her to anything! As stated by Perth68 - playing around with face and hair colour for a bit will give you the results you need!

Main armour is leather armour (low level) by the way.

You have that exact face? [Can you post a screenshot please?] I have quickly created many female rangers and can't seem to find the face, I know everything else like the hair style is there.

I'm at work at the moment, but when I get on (probably tonight) I will try to post a pic for you. That cool? I'll try to tell you which bits to choose to create it as well.

I'm at work as well It's pretty easy to tell how to create a specific character since it always defaults to the same model when you start creating a character. You only need to say Hair Style [2 clicks to the left], Hair Color [4 clicks to the left], etc. If anyone can help me out on this it will be deeply appreciated.

Yeah thats my point, although that one looks nice, its not the same as the one I posted, and Im pretty sure its not possible to create her. I just wanted to know from the ppl who have finished the game if it was a NPC, since it seems NPCs physicals features are reserved to a specific NPC. For example you cant create a warrior with Sir Tydus face. It would be nice if the Arena.net / NCSfoft would create more skins so that there a lot more variety of models in game. Some of the skins, especially those that are set to the default are pretty nice, but most of them look weird and butt ugly. ;(

You've set a challenge now.....but who can find the answer to this mystery?!
