hi all, i really like guild wars and enjoy playing it. but there are a couple of things that in my oppinion should be changed:
the trade channel should be split up in wtb and wts, even better, there should be a central market zone, accesable like the guild hall where people can occupie stores and when some1 clicks on one of the occupied stores it will display a screen simmilar to the trade screen in which items will be displayed which can be bought for a price the occupier has set in advance, so people can go afk when they're selling things.
there should be a mine where players can mine materials like lumps of charcoal for weapons/armor crafting or just to trade for a small amount of cash at some merchant guy. (ps: if some1 starts to mine, they should only have to click once at the place they want to mine, so they can mine afk)
houses would be cool 2:P(with a storage box and some furniture)
guild halls should be more then just an empty area with some statues
here's my best idea:
this idea may not be realistic but i dont have a clue whats possible to make and maintain(hope i wrote it right:P) with the budget the guild wars team has. well, here it goes: combat areas should be split in 2; in private areas for quests and public areas for lvling, pking for items (which u should be able to lose in public areas) offourse there should be reasons to go to a public area (maybe more loot and better xp)i hope this idea will be realised cuz i think the private servers kinda makes it a multiplayer game instead of a mmorpg and i know some guild wars guy said on the e3 that this game isnt a mmorpg but i bet 90% of its buyers bought it becuz they expected a mmorpg.
ok these are my ideas hope some of them will be realised
ty for ur time
PS: im dutch plz dont think im some mofo engisch guy who can't write:P
there's something missing in guild wars
silvershock
cujosocal
Hmmm... sounds like you've played ConquerOnline! (which blows btw)...
The market idea sounds good... as it is I rarely waste my time trying to sell things.
One more thing... isn't this in the wrong section??
