New Serial??????

I have just installed my GuildWars Collectors Edition. I know I can't play until the servers get switched but wile installing it asks for my key in my case which is great. Then it asks for a new serial. What is that I tried making one up and using the one in the case but it says keep that one safe and the other one is invalid.

I am just curious and confused. Will they send newones to you after 12 tonite in the e-mail? I can't get that microphone to work either. Annoying.

You should only need the serial key that came with your order. When I installed mine, it only asked once for the key.

I THINK that, you can do that if you want to activate a new key on that comp i.e. if you bought it a second time for someone else or something, so that you won't have to do it when installing the game or something.

I think he's just confused with adding multiple access keys, after you filled in your serial and don't have a preorder you will get a new window where you can add more access key for e.d. preorder.

The way that the game handled people trying to log in early was to just loop them through an add serial or pre-order codes page. You can have as many as you want, and additional pre-orders give you access to the pre-order item from each one. So, it appears that since you only have the game, and not a pre-order kit, you are in the same situation. It currently lets you add any valid serial or pre-order codes, and if you don't have a pre-order box code you will be allowed to log in at midnight tonight. However, if you get a pre-order box code, you will be able to log in today.
