seems all these farming builds involve monk, but i easily farm (except the mergoyles and the tengu at the front) ettins as an e/me, AoR,meteor shower, firestorm, echo, inferno, pheonix, meteor, and fireball(fireball, meteor, and storm are for if one doesnt die from the echoed showers, pheonix AND inferno) and AoR will save you due to the high cost of meteor shower, (all points in fire and storage) i usually get like 2 purps a run and a gold evry 2 or 3, havent tried this anywhere else, to be honest im happy farming ettins, griffons scare me,trolls too, ettins faces are so ugly that its not scary anymore its funny.

The Divine Favor nerf really only effects vigorous spirit or watch yourself w/mos it seems. UW has new enchantment stripping group. Those are the main changes in farming.

would i be fine with my W/Mo or should i make a whole new guy (Mo/W)??

he is mainly a tank but basically the same attributes but i will have those skills most likely( and if not same attributes i will change after finished with PvE to farm in PvE

dude i love that all tatoo look!!!!!!!

I reread the beginning entry post and it said divine so i will have to make a monk if i wish to get the same outcome i guess

I do something similar with a w/mo farming build.

Attributes are:

Healing 10
Smiting 12
Strength 1
Axe 9
Tactics 7 (coz of the nice +43 health -2 dmg shield I have)

Skills are:

Cyclone Axe
Bonetti's
Vig Spirit
Symbol of Wrath <- can sub Balth Aura in here if you want
Zealots
Healing Breeze
Sprint
Live Vicariously

I use sprint as I need to run past a couple of mobs to reach the area I farm but it can also be used to fire Zealots.

So, first cast Live Vicariously, then as you approach the first mob, cast Zealots, then as I engage, cast Vig Spirit and hit cyclone axe. This gives me instantly +20 health per foe and usually this is about 10 - 15 foes in one go so that's 200+ health per swing. In addition, casting vig spirit fire zealot for upwards of 22+ damage per foe.

As soon as the cyclone is finished, Bonetti's is ready so I cast this, firing Zealots again. Soon as energy bar is full (after about about 1 second lol) I fire SoW and cyclone again.

Basically, just keep alternating between cyclone and bonetti with other skills inbetween, even if you don't need em (healing breeze, sprint etc) just to fire Zealots and the occassional SoW.

I timed a run this morning and in just over 30 seconds (one cycle of Vig Spirit) I killed 17 lvl 24 foes

Edit:

I've since subbed Balth Aura in for SoW and it's ace - I killed a mob of griffins in around 20 seconds!! For some reason, if you cast Balth Aura just as Bonnetti starts to time out, you use the 25 energy for BA, but Bonetti still seems to be active so the energy bar goes up fast so you can cast sprint etc again to fire Zealots. Doesn't happen every time, but more often than not.

NOTE - I don't take them all on in one go although I can't see why it wouldn't be possible. I do the area in 2 halves. This build will do the bosses but not as quickly as some people say they can do it.

BTW - uses 1.5k glads armor with Sup Vig and Abs, minor strength and major axe (if memory serves me right - typing this at work )

Hey,

I like the guide and will have to try some of the hints out! Been runnin a Mo/W (Ayebe Teazin) mostly smiting build 15 Smiting with 14 Healing (runes 'r very helpful).

Balthazars Aura does great damage! A buddy and I have been working on good smiting damage builds and with the extra 5 seconds of Aura you can do more damage than Symbol of Wrath, though it takes more energy.

Killer guide thanx for the info

I reread the beginning entry post and it said divine so i will have to make a monk if i wish to get the same outcome i guess W/Mo will work quite fine for the most popular and perhaps the best farming spot which is the griffins outside Augury. Thats right, i said it out loud, i already did many times and there are videos and builds for it all over the net so don't flame me more However the UW will be quite hard if not impossible for you. In my opinion, the 55 health monk can do anything the w/mo can and better. TIP: I carry 2 sets of armor with different runes (One with superiors, one with minors and 1 major) and 3 different focuses, 2 main hand items. If I get any dp i can always switch them around to get my health to anything i want.

so the 2nd proffesion doesn't realy matter? since you only use monk skills. Is this correct or am i missing something? And could a noob like myself without much funds, be able to make this monk?

i have a real cheap build that can solo Griffons (not tried much else yet). took me ages to get right. then they changed balthazars and it took me a while to get round that.

Mo/Me

Inspiration: 1
Healing: 7 (+2 major rune) 9
Smiting: 12 (+1 minor rune) 13
Protection: 8 (+1 minor rune) 9
Divine Favor: 8 (+1 heapeice +1 minor rune) 10

Skills:
Physical Resistance
Blessed Aura
Shielding hands
Healing Breeze
Balthazars Spirit
Mending
Balthazars Aura
Mark of Protection [elite]

Weapons:
Defensive Ghostly Staff of enchanting (+4 defence and +10% enchant duration)

Procedure:
you get all the enchants up then run off to meet the griffons. take no more than 3 groups of Griffons/minotaurs at a time if you want to be safe.

before you stop running (after having picked them up) activate Physical Resistance. then stop and cast shielding hands and Breeze. this should keep you alive fairly safely. cast balthazars aura. when Hands is running out (flashing) activate Mark of Protection. when mark or protection starts to run out bring shielding hands and breeze back on. Balths should now be recharged, cast it. they should die before hands ends. if you need healing then spam healing breeze (for the divine favor heal)

no where near as durable as the Invinci-monks, but cheap and cheerful. if you really want, just a few nights of this will get you enough to go IMonk.

I broke my Hydra record yesterday with my W/Mo. Up to 8 now:

Of ocurse, one of my guild's Invincimonks just HAD to show me up and kill 10 at once , but he didn't get a screenie, unfortunately.

I bought Ivor's staff today. With +20% enchantment time and 20% fast recharge on smiting, I may be able to catch him yet. The armor penalty without a shield causes me to take 29 damage from Meteor and Fireball instead of 22, so it's a give and take. But I refuse to be in second place to this guy! Grrrr....
