Buying Max Armor Min Req Summit Warlord Shield

I'm looking for a Max Armor, Under 9 Requirement Summit Warlord Shield. I would prefer it to be clean but if it has +?? Health while enchnted, that's alright too. I'm not sure about the price but I'm willing to spend 2k and maybe trade one or more of the following shields. Thanks.
