okay well i see this down below, however it dosent help me understand this problem. I thought that maybe the server isn't up yet for people who purchased the retail copy or something, but it's still not working, wtf? is going on? any one else having problems?

lol, just realized it's the 27th today and not the 28th, christ i'm excited to play.
