Wtb A Perfect Tactics Shield With Perfect Stats!

I would like to buy any kind of shield with req. tactics with PERFECT armor and PERFECT stats. My IGN is Cecil The Knight, or Artemis Knight. I usually use both most of the time.

I seem to be looking on the lines of +45 health, all the time or enchanted, but I don't know too much about sheilds as in what is the highest stats for them.

+30 hp is MAX for all the time.... just so u know...

Yeah I didn't realize this until I looked up shields, like the bonuses and so on and learned that is a extremely rare and good one, but he wanted 200k, and I only have like 75k, so I wouldn't afford it anyhow. But now I know all these prefixes, suffixes and bonuses to all the weapons now, so now I'll know what's good and so forth, but I just don't understand the pricing on them.

just so u know i bougtht a gold round shield with req 8 and +30 hp always for 300k.
so i'd say 200k is good.
