this isn't goldy. I mean it has a +30 health upgrade but the +5 armor upgrade is better most of the time in PvP. 11 requirment isn't that great. Mesmers don't use enchants and this requires mesmer attributes to use effictivly so. The quick recovery from blind is pretty worthless on a staff also. on a bow or a warrior weapon it is ok but staffs and wands are bought for there upgrades and not ther damage and the people using them can ingore blind 99% of the time.

That staff *might* be worth 30K because of the hale upgrade but that is pushing it.
