Can anyone give me a rough idea what this is worth?

Rare Fiery Dragon Sword of Warding
15-22 Fire Damage (13 req)
Damage +13% (stance)
Armor +5 (vs elemental)

the req is too high and stance damage bost isn't so popolar

10-20k?
