I have a stance W/Mo sword user.

My main thing is to tank and not to actually deal loads of damage, my warrior is the biggest nightmare for another warrior 1on1.

I'll share with you my build ( Please nobody start posting about how flawed my build is or how crap it is, because it's been doing great in both PvP and PvE )

Swordmanship 11 ( 10+1 )
Tactics 11 ( 10+1 aswell )
Healing prayers 10

Skills :
1-Final thrust
2-Vigorous spirit
3-Bonetti's defense
4-Gladiator's defense (Elite)
5-Watch yourself
6-Shields up (awesome when ranged minions / ranger is attacking )
7-Galrath slash
8-Healing breeze

I'm still looking for better runes for my warrior, but this one has been doing awesome, I sometimes replace Shields up with To the limit shout ( so I can get bonetti's faster ) or defensive stance, because if I have defensive stance I'll be stanced all the fight.

Most important Equipment :
Shield +45health while stanced -2dmg while stanced
Vigor rune ( I currently have a minor and saving up for a superior )
Minor swordmanship (Chose minor because I don't want to lose health)
Minor tactics(Same reason mentioned above)

I sometimes alt. between protection and healing prayers, if I take protection I replace healing breeze with healing signet ( I cast it while in a stance and at my lvl of tactics it heals pretty good ) and I get Vital blessing instead of vigorous spirit which gives you + to max health depending on how much you got in protection prayers.

Again if you have a runner on the other team ( this is for PvP of course ) you might want to switch Watch yourself or Galrath Slash with Hamstring, because it cripples them.

There are so many ways to tweak my build to suit almost every situation.

As you can see my build is a total tanking one, ment to withstand damage instead of dealing it.

I hope I helped you.

For PvP, don't go with stances. You don't get attacked.

For PvE, this is what I use when I go into the UW:

Gladiator's Defense
Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Shield Stance
Rebirth
Bonetti's Defense
Healing Signet
Zealot's Fire

Tactics: 16
Sword: 9 (or 10, I think it's 10)
Smiting: 9
Rest in strength

6 of your 7 other skills trigger Zealot's Fire, and Riposte and Deadly Riposte I use very often triggering Zealot's for 29 damage. You remain very defensive but can dish out some damage with just attacking and triggering skills.
